Dear Mr. Fields:
I
am very pleased to be writing you. We recently purchased a new car from
you BMW dealership in Lakeland, FL. My profession requires travel all
over Florida and I travel "I-4" quite often. Every time I do I see your
dealership. So one rainy day this week, I decided to stop in. I was
greeted by Furman Clark and we went to work looking at your inventory.
Furman
and I found a few options and proceeded into the rain to take a look.
At no time did Furman hesitate, shy away, or stall because of the
weather. We went right out in the rain and began to review the options. I
must tell you that this means a great deal to me, it is truly hard to
find sales people willing to go the extra mile for a client.
As
it turns out, none of the options we looked at were the right one, so
after a bit more discussion, Furman introduced me to Lance Lightsey. We
sat down with Lance and I told him what I was looking for. Without
delay, he pulled up some options. Furman and I were back in the rain,
this time test driving one of these options. Finally, the car I was
looking for, low miles, great color, extended warranty, and very clean. I
had to leave to get to an appointment, but we were back that night.
That's
when we met Steve Simpson, Lance had to leave early. We drove the car
again and decided to purchase the vehicle. Lance and I had discussed a
price and Steve jumped right in his place. I did not have to start from
square one, again saving me time and effort. Negotiations finished, next
we met Lanette Wheatcraft.
Lanette
went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, but we could not get
the paperwork finished that night. So at 9:00am the next morning, we
were back, Lanette was ready, we decided to purchase the car rather than
use the great financing "4.5%" she offered. She was very dilligent in
explaining all the optional items available to us and made sure we were
happy. While she was finishing the paperwork, Furman gave me a tour of
our new car and explained how everything worked. This was our first BMW,
Michele and I knew nothing. Furman was great and answered all our
questions no matter how redundant. The car was delivered CLEAN and
DETAILED, with a full tank of gas, how great is that!!
All
and all one of the best experiences we have ever had buying a car. Keep
it up; we are looking forward to our next purchase and sending you many
referrals.
