Christmas is over now, finally, and so is New Year's, which means we can get back into the non-holiday routine of everyday life.  For a good number of us, that routine will include incorporating into our lives the brand new iPads we got for Christmas, but as can happen with new technology there are plenty rookie users that don't have the slightest idea of what that tech is capable of.  Truth be told, there isn't a whole lot that you can't do with an iPad, but we'd like to direct your attention to one particularly entertaining app: BMW Magazine.

If you drive a BMW in Florida, chances are you've come through our doors at some point and heard us preach the glories of BMW Magazine, but this iPad app makes the experience even cooler and easier to use.  Like it always has, the publication includes photos and oodles of great reading, but by taking in the mag via your tablet, readers can also watch videos, play games like "Find the Pair," and link directly to the internet if any idea or concept in an article requires a little extra background reading.

BMW dealers will also love the Mobile Car Configurations, which allow readers to toy around with different BMW models, trying on various colors, upholstery options, wheel trims, and much, much more.  The idea is that users can customize their dream BMW in a virtual space long before they think about buying one, because the first step to owning your dream vehicle is figuring out what, exactly, your dream vehicle is.  All of this is possible with the new app, which any respectable BMW fan absolutely has to pull down.

With plenty of auto shows planned for the coming weeks, patrons need only stop by the BMW pavilion to get a guided tour of the app and more detailed information on how to get it onto your iPad.  We understand that there are plenty of folks who got one for Christmas and have zero understanding of how to use it to its fullest potential.  Consider this a bit of a head start towards ubiquitous connectivity.  Enjoy the online magazine.  You're going to love it!
