               Michelle has always provided an appointment within a few days regardless of if immediate attention was required or if only a maintenance item.  The driver who returned my car was extremely considerate of my time. I had requested a small time frame of availability and it worked out extremely well.

         I have required my vehicle to be serviced several times in the recent month and Albert in service has been wonderful. He has listened to my concerns and met my needs in every way possible. Vehicle concerns can create stress and our certainly demanding in busy lives. Albert is aware that I drive from Tampa to Lakeland to obtain my service and goes above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating of my needs. It eases my mind to know that on the occasions when I have to give him a call that he will make the experience a great one.
