As much as we here at Fields BMW Lakeland feel pride for the vehicles we sell, we also feel an immeasurable amount of pride for our award-winning service.  We understand that customers don't just buy cars because the cars are great (even though our BMW models, admittedly, pretty wonderful).  They also buy cars based on the way the dealership treats them.  We feel like we treat our customers pretty well, and that's absolutely by design.

The services we offer customers aren't exactly the run-of-the-mill things that other dealerships do.  Some may brag about free bottles of water, or WiFi service and televisions in the waiting rooms, but there's a reason our service is award-winning.  We go beyond the bare minimum to provide things for customers that truly go outside of the box.

What are these things?  For starters, we have mobile service technicians that make fixing your vehicle as convenient as they've ever been.  If your car breaks down at home or at the office, we'll actually send a serviceman to those locations to see if they can take care of the problem on-site.  If we can't fix it, we'll drop off a loaner, tow the car to our shop, and drop the fixed car off when we're done.

How many other dealerships would do that for you?  If you drive a BMW in Florida, we're the ones you should be working with, because we're the ones who care the most.  That sounds like a pretty confident thing to say, but hey, our service kind of proves it, doesn't it?
